SANDHOFF LILLIES
On the farm Sandhoff near the town of Maltahohe in the South of Namibia a phenomena occurs from time to time, if the conditions are perfect and heavy rains fall over the desert and the land's surface turns into a raging flood as far as the eye can see, this flood water runs into a pan on the farm Sandhof and within a few days unthingable amounts of pink and white lillies burst forth that only last about 2 days before they wither away for the rest of the year. To see them it is best to call the Hotel in Maltahohe and ask for more details or to be put on notice and be prepared in January February to go on a shrt trip with very little notice :)
