INTRODUCTION
Growing up in Namibia with a Dad who's life was sheer adventure being a hunting guide for 27 years and a senior tour guide for 10 years and having met folks from every corner of the world and having gotten to experienced so much that me as a child sitting on my Dad's lap around a camp fire together with my brothers. Id look at my dad and saw a life well lived. It even became my definition for failure, the idea that one day I should sit around a campfire with my own kid on my lap and have no stories to tell of my own, a empty book, like the sound of a empty gong. In light of this I became a tour guide in both Namibia and Angola since 2005. Now that im getting married in Ecuador and moving there and starting a whole new adventure together with my soon to be wife, I find that my horizons, that my world is becoming much larger and that I want to not let all my knowledge of organizing trips and Namibia go to waste and expanding it to all over the place so that travelers can get the most out of the limited time they have to see countries to which they likely wont ever return to because the world is just so vast that there is too many incredible places to still go experience.

went on just one out of dozens of amazing and individual tours David has to offer and I wish every day to go exploring again!
David is a true expert, who took us to main tourist attractions but also
off road to places hardly anyone knows, where you feel all one with
nature once again! I was astonished by how much he knows about his
country including, paths, roads, weather conditions, camp sites, wild
life, local markets and traditions and much more... Traveling in
the wild in a breathtaking country was never before so much fun,
adventurous and save for me. Although I have traveled the world several
times, going with David was one of the most beautiful and
unforgettable highlights of all my travels. The passion David feels for

We were on a 30 day safari in Namibia with
David as our guide. David is very informative, courteous, friendly
and helpful. On our own (and we are avid travelers ourselves with
knowledge of Namibia) we would not have seen, or experienced half of
what we did with him as our guide. He has truly local knowledge and is
very professional in letting you in on the secrets of the magic. I
can assure you there is no better guide around for traveling Namibia.

This guy really knows Namibia. No matter what your interests are, or
where in the country you're headed, David has a great knowledge of the
land, of interesting things to see and do, and of places to stay and
places to eat. And better yet, if he doesn't know something, he knows
lots of other people he can call on for help or advice. He's not afraid
to refer you on to something that isn't in his wheelhouse if he thinks

I had the opportunity and the privilege of
having David during my trip in Namibia as my guide. He organized
and customized my travel itinerary very well, based on what I wanted to
do and see during my trip. Another great aspect of his organization
skills is that he was able to accommodate last minute changes due to
unexpected circumstances very easily (i.e. delayed flight). I feel this
is also very essential for travelers, where things can always go a bit
wrong. What distinguishes a great guide is how she/he is able to handle
these problems and figure out a workable solution right away. During my
entire trip he would give me valuable information about all aspects of
life in Namibia, which made me appreciate the situation of the country,
and how it relates to tourism. David is exceptional at spotting animals,
and finding them. He knows every nitty bit of detail about animal
behavior, and this enabled me to get much more out of my trip in terms
of not only seeing, but also watching animals and observing their
behaviors. In addition, while we were driving, sometimes for hours at a
time, he would always tell me about the details of the scenery, cities,
and the people we were passing by. This makes his travelers much more
aware about the surroundings. Not only is he a great guide, but he is
also a great cook. During our trip, instead of eating out at expensive
and not-particularly-delicious restaurants, we bought food together and
he cooked them every night. The taste and the experience were
phenomenal. Eating and drinking are very important aspects of traveling.
David is aware of how important this is, and plans and arranges
accordingly. Nothing beats a delicious and filling meal after a long
trip in the desert!

Alcuni paesaggi non li dimenticherai più, come alcuni prezzi di lodge, spropositati. Davide è stato una guida / autista autentico, gran parlatore, disponibile. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, tranne una sera in cui un lodge Gondwana eleva chiuso il cancello d’ingresso alla tenuta prima delle 19, impedendoci di entrare con l’auto. David ha preso la chiave inglese in dotazione ed ha fatto saltare il lucchetto, permettendoci di accedere alla struttura, con grande senso pratico.
